Elkhart Northside is in the process of becoming certified as an official Northern Indiana District 'Nazarene
Disaster Response (NDR) Hub.' NDR is recognized by the states of Indiana and Michigan as an official
second response organization, stockpiling resources to be distributed as local disaster relief.
